10/24 Updated Issue Announcement

Dear Masters:
It has been confirmed that after the 10/24 version update of NU: Carnival Bliss, some users are experiencing login issues. Please follow the steps below to re-login to your account for normal gameplay:

  1. At the game login home screen
  2. Tap the [Left Arrow Icon] at the top left corner
  3. A logout prompt will appear
  4. Tap [Confirm]
  5. Re-login to your account, and you should be able to play normally

The team is currently investigating this issue and will fix it in a future update.

As compensation for the inconvenience, the team will be sending out compensation to all players of NU: Carnival Bliss.

Compensation Recipients: All NU: Carnival Bliss accounts that were created before Oct 25, 20:00 (GMT+8).
Compensation Contents: Spirit Gems x300, Strong Boost x3
Distribution Time: Oct 25, 20:00 (GMT+8)
Claim Period: Until Nov 30, 23:59 (GMT+8)
